"People, please, I did not wan't this, why do you make satans pawn out of me?
We where told to do it, to sell more DLC, and all our arguments where met with refusal...."

I wish he could say that, I really do. I think he is taking a lot of flak for stuff he probably never has agreed upon, and has to stay quiet about it not to anger the corporate law department, or the high enough the ladder, whose word there was no questioning.
To the guys going there, please consider what I wrote above. You may call me a troll or whatever you like, I hate the ending pretty much myself, but still,
I do belive Hudson and Walters are both decent guys, who are now objects of very much hate, and personal attacks, which they can't do anything about, "corporate interest" above all...
Maybe in a few years, we will now what happened really around November.

I would love to do this at the BioWare PAX panel:

Everybody who played ME3 raise your hand (obviously most of the room will raise their hands).
Ok. Now put your hand down if you didn't like the ending.
*turn to panel*
Minority, huh?

He'll start off (if he's there) with how awesome the critical reception was and thank fans for helping them to create ME3. Then its anyone's guess.

As much as I'd want to believe it would be the ending, there is more to the game than that.

Yes, the narrative is hugely important to the lot of us, but plenty of gamers are into the game for the gameplay, the multiplayer, etc. etc. and I suspect they will spend a large portion of their time addressing those customers.

If I was him I wouldn't even go because of the pathetic, sad and vindictive fans in the ME community.

On PAX I'd ask for EA official to come on stage first, then shower EA official with rotten tomatoes and cabbage. Once that is done, the public can finally listen to what BioWare has to say.

It had be damned well not just be the endings, but a recanting of this "clarification" bull****.

It wont even be in an ironic type way. He'll say something like... First I'd like to thank the fans for loving our game so much!!!!!

Success of the series, great critical reception, then touch on the ending. After announce new dlc and projects, promote the future and say good day.

Its called a S.H.I.T sandwich in HR. Start with the good, fill the middle with crap then end with more good and positive future.

"ME3 was a HUGE success! Critics loved it! Our fans thoroughly enjoyed it!" and no one there will have the balls to tell him otherwise. Then he promotes the upcoming DLC for $15 that contains multiplayer map packs, weapons, and new enemies.

They'll say that they know that a small grooup of people didn't like the ending and how, since they listen to all of their fans, they are making content to make them happy. Then they'll all talk about how awsome critics say ME3 is, *hold for appluase from crowd*, and then just bathe in their awsomeness and talk about how awsome they are.

"I made a mistake!!!!"

My respect for Casey Hudson and BioWare would take a sudden huge jump if they would come out and plainly admitted that. Owning up to your mistakes is the first step towards redemption. The 2nd is to fix your mistake.

He'll stonewall the ReME3 movement, he'll just say something like what was said above - Thank you for your massive support on Mass Effect 3, we are so happy there were so many great reviews and we are proud to deliver a quality product to our loyal fans -

Most likely scenario? He'll flash some sales figures and critic review scores, then go on to pitch whatever franchise / DLC / games with horrible endings Bioware will be working on next.

Likelihood of him addressing or even mentioning the ending fiasco? Zero.

this.  If he does, it will be to spin, deny and discredit

Patting himself on the back for how great ME3 is, and how much everyone loves it.

Talk about new ME3 DLC, probably "Retake Omega".
Talk about the new C&C game, or DA3. Or both?

And that's it. He wont mention the ending, and if he does, it'll be more pr double talk trying to marginalize the fan backlash.

Except how can any DLC content even remotely make sense story-wise with the currenet state of the Mass Effect universe the way it is after the endings? In ME2 it did, because you still had the Normandy, your crew, the Mass Relays, etc.

No Mass Relays, no Normandy, no crew, no (depending on the ending) Shepard; I just don't see DLC content even remotely making sense. Even with assumed "clarification" to the ending.

They may say not to talk about the endings at all, they seem dead set on avoiding it and just focusing how "Awesome" the game was according to a bunch of reviewers that are most likely in EA's pocket anyway.

This.  Pretty much all this.  This is such a weird, contentious, confusing issue that we'll probably never know what the hell actually happened and there isn't a right or wrong way for this to go down.  Please people, if you're going to PAX, be polite.  Don't boo these people.

Having said that, I think if he were honest with us, and maybe even apologized in front of a live audience it would go a long way towards repairing trust with fans.

He will realise his mistake, say "I have to go out to them" and then die, rewriting the endings by doing so.
