Hi all, I can't join in my friend game, alwasy stay with a the message joining inthe game... same if I host the gaem adn my friend try to join... pls fix it

Yep. we can't join each other games. I have this problem with many in my friends list. I double checked the ports and they are forwarded according to PFPortChecker. If a third party exists that we can both join then it works.
Because of this I end up playing in public games often because I can't connect to games from my friends. In this case I created a public lobby and M4ster could not join but three others joined...
Also had an instance were I was locked in the "joining the game" message but could hear the mic chat happening in the lobby which is really weird. I heard this mic chat for half a minute or so and always with the "joining game" message.
Because of this I end up playing in public games often because I can't connect to games from my friends. In this case I created a public lobby and M4ster could not join but three others joined...

I have so far been unable to play with any of my friends because of this. It's the one thing about multiplayer that ticks me off. The rest is great.

Exact same thing's happening to me, it's crazy. I just get stuck in the joining screen, but if he quits, I get told about it. Not cool.

It's nothing new. I've had the issue since the demo.

i'm now having this problem myself... i've never had an issue like this before (granted I've had tons of others with the game) but not i can't seem to join any of friends. It seems like the more time goes by the more problems there are and they don't seem to be fixing any of them.

Yeah same issue here. I believe it has something to do with the game thinking you are both playing on different versions of the game, even if you aren't.

Yeah the live chat support people are beyond worthless, anyone have a work around or fix? Would be nice to hear from a support person here.

Quick update, first make sure that you both have updated your game. Once that is done, try unfriendign and then refriending and then you should be able to play with them.

I've been suffering from this as well for a few weeks.
It seems completely random for some reason. Just 1 hour ago i was playing with a friend, we then take a break for 20 mins but after that we cannot join each others game again :S The only change was that he had closed his game during the break and started it up again, while mine was running the entire time.

Same issue here. First couple of times i tried to play with one or two friends everything went fine. Yesterday, it was impossible (both private and public lobbies)

I've had the same thing for a few weeks, so has my friends. We're simply unable to connect to each others gamer, but we can join quickmatches easily. Contacted support twice, no help. This is sad.

someone suggested to me that if you have anny VPN program (like Hamachi) installed that shutting that off will fix your problem, doesn't work for me tough as don't use such a program, worth a try for you all tough

for those of you using f-secure (virus scanner) turn off deepguard that worked for me
