Granted I realise this patch is available for online purchasers and other regions but where the hell is patch 1.02 for UK/European players? Multi-player is freezing worse than the Citadel and that was bad enough...

UK has supposedly already had the patch. If they hadn't I wouldn't be able to team up with my UK friends and I do just about every day. So if I'm on the 1.02 patch then so are they because we wouldn't be able to team up if we were on different versions of the game.
