I have a problem the game dosent start in 1080p and my tv supports 1080p.

If you have 720p ticked in PS3's display setting try disabling that and leaving 1080p ticked only. It does not guarantee that the game will be upscaled to 1080p... it might be displayed in 480p/576p instead. Depends if the game supports upscaling.

Yea, the game's in 720p. PS3 displays games in their native resolution. Forcing your PS3 to play a game in 1080p is not good. When I was forcing my PS3 to stay in 1080i when it wanted to play in 720p, it seemed to lead to problems with my PS3. Just check 720p and 1080p in your display settings, and let your PS3 play the games in their native resolution. That's the optimum way to play. PS3 is not the 360, where it automatically upscales everything. Native resolution is better. And it says right on the box that this game is 720p.

Actually I think in my box it does say 720 and 1080.

I have solved the issue and a play the game in 1080p now works fine,on my game box it also says 720p/1080p. Fallinstickman was right i just tickt off 720p in display settings on the ps3.

I did that also, but meh...didn't work. Still it's sitting at 720p, and i can assure it's not the TV. This one can handle it without problems, just seems like DA:O doesn't like to play ball...
