In attempting to apply some performance tweaks, stumbled across some configuration settings for what I'd assume to be a playable vehicle (judging by the boost and self repair entries, I'm guessing some more M-44 Hammerhead funtimes).

Thoughts?

Agreed. Having only ever bought copies of the games for PC, I never had the trials and tribulations that console users had with the controls. I miss going toe to toe with a Thresher Maw in person

Assuming that ME3 was also created from the ME2 codebase, it could also just be left over configs from ME2

I would like vehicles but I don't think this is a definite sign they will be back

I guess so. Came across some configurations for resource acquisition (maximum capacity for palladium/iridium/platinum/eezo and so forth) and I'm praying they don't bring back that particular pain in the ass again (save-edited myself infinite resources so quickly I almost forgot the scanning minigame existed). Though in ME2 I appreciated stumbling across the occasional random side-quests without there being an N7-alert or a fetch-quests' NPC nannying me about my business, so there was a positive to it.
