It's interesting, for sure, especially the part about restoring Shepard or Shepard being resurrected.
But I get the feeling the "Advent" part only applies to Control or Synthesis endings, whereas the "Shepard is broken" thing applies to Destroy.
I highly doubt it; if they had to account for all three choices, it would be near impossible for them to feasibly continue Shepard's story (or "Advent" now, I guess). I think this is all for the Destroy ending.
Also, upon closer examination this seems uber-fake. Bioware stated outright that Mass Effect is the end of Shepard's story. If this is a DLC wherein the Catalyst tries to reapply his cycle (Remember, Harbinger is supposedly the first Reaper, and now according to this, there's only one left) and Shepard has to force the Catalyst from his body, that's interesting.
But the fact it implies the Catalyst just hijacks the body and goes on to "stop the advancement of synthetics." is pure BS. According to Destroy, all synthetics were...well, Destroyed. It makes NO sense to imply the Catalyst was right.
Maybe by "advancement of synthetics," they mean the creation of more of them.
IIRC, Casey Hudson said ME3 wasn't the last we'd see of Shepard, so it wouldn't be the first time something they said during development turned out to be totally wrong. And, anyway, they have an excuse to bring Shepard back because the name is "Advent" now, apparently. It is pretty convenient now that they left in one ending where Shepard could survive.
Some leaks from 4chan have turned out to be legit. I heard 4chan leaked Arrival, but I'm not sure.
