If this is a correct outcome, I'll stop buying any DLC after the first ending, and leave Bioware and all their writers and developers behind me. If they believe they can sell me psychedelic nonsense like that, they are sorely mistaken.

Let's wait what happens. It's not a confirmed leak. A Tali marriage would be well and truly interesting, but going too far, actually. Well...let's wait, just wait and see, okay? We'll hold the line that we WANT another ending, and our choices to matter, but we'll give them this last chance to make it happen. Otherwise, well, they might see themselves as misunderstood artists - but I don't see games as art, but as writing, and I can always choose not to buy from an author I believe has no merit anymore.

If any of this turns out to be true, I hope BW drops the 'Shepard isn't really Shepard' in the post ending DLC. That's retarded. Then again, we've seen Bioware doing a lot of tryhard 2deep4u **** lately.

I think I managed to find the user posting that stuff.

A user on GameFaq called "Chickenhawked" said once that he was a "virtual lightning technician" and had been working with companies like SquareSoft, Bioware and Blizzard.
His style of posting is similar to the supposed leaker.

If you reread the post with more details, the 'Shepard isn't really Shepard' aspect of a post-ending DLC was never supposed to be known to the player. In short, it was going to play out as if it was really Shepard and were it not for the leak (again, assuming it is real and not a probable fake) the players would be none the wiser. This aspect of 'Shepard as the Catalyst' would not be revealed until the 'Mass Shift' game, which could undergo many revisions.

Basically, people are getting mad at a story element that could very well be written out over the next two years.

Shepard being possessed by the catalyst and turned into the new enemy.
Yeah...a good guy changed by a higher, unknown power into the new bad-guy: Anakin Skywalker be my guest.

I don't think after being mentioned along like Star Wars, BioWare would make this monumental error. A bad ending, yes, but this would be a whole new step into nonsense.

(I do not mind conflict 1 and 2 however)

but conflict 3 and 4 just no on them possessing shepard.

considering Overlord and Miranda even said there is no means of mentally controlling shepard (because of no control chip in his brain) rather you can control his movements and what he sees (like in overlord)

This begs the question how in the world would star child (who is the worst character I have ever heard of) possess Shepard's synthetics that aren't at a point that something could possess him like that.

I really do hope Bioware do not do this because it is a huge kick in the you know what region for those who was hoping that Shepard retires after this (considering my Shepard pretty much said he is wanting to stop fighting after this when talking to Garrus)

also if they are on about making Shepard into the bad guy then how the hell are they are going to work considering shepard is male or female and the faces can be hugely different. (i.e. they would have to do a revan)

Not to mention...Shepard is too screwed up in the current ending to survive Atmosphiric re-entry in any form. His body would probably disintigrate.....
