I dont think you read most of this tread, the community dosent want this (except for terminator wich sounds cool)...

Terminator IMO is juat as awful sounding as everything else in this "leak". Most of the community wants an ending that at the very least invalidates starchild's logic (indoc/hal theory, 4th choice ect.) not only would this make that little bastard's logic correct, but it would make EVERY bit of nonsense we saw in the last 5 minutes have actually happened...Something that nobody wants.

Wrong, alot of people dont need a completely new ending, just more clarification and closure for the ones we got, and more exposure to our choices in the other games and how they afect the galaxy. Terminator (or something like it) could do all of this...

When it comes to outright rejection of the current ending, the community is more or less together. When it comes to what we want for the endings however, that's a bit more tricky. I don't think you can simply say everyone wants more clarification, that's ridiculous, I don't want such a thing, and others don't want it as well. Will I then be called a minority within a minority?

Just accept that the community does not want the way things are now, and leave it at that.

FFS people I'm not saying it's real but how many times does Bioware have to 'deny' something and have it come true before you realize that them denying something doesn't inherently make it false!

I was under the impression 95% of the retakers do not accept Ray's comment about "clarifying" and want anything from a 4th option to shoot the duct rat in his face to something that changes the ending entirely. closure is a must but "Terminator" just sounds awful since Shepard's body would probably be in similar if not worse condition then what it was at the beginning of 2 where he was "just meat and tubes" .


No Terminator doesn't sound right at all how did the Normandy pick everyone up during the battle, Why did everyone willingly leave, How did a the Normandy end up on the edge of the Sol system on a planet not discovered by the year 2188 when it was in a mass relay already. I'm sorry but "Terminator" will probalby end up creating more questions about wtf happened then the current endings

the "Great Sol War" though sounds cool if we absolutely HAVE to have the current endings be real.

The only positive thing about this "leak" is that if it is true--I would have no problem at all walking away from Mass Effect.  In fact, I would run.   This would definitely make parting a no brainer for me.  A Catalyst-Shepard?  Um....no thank you.  Just no no no.

I'll be right behind you. I'm hoping this is all crap. Because we want an end to the trilogy not a set-up for some new game that has sullied Shepard's story. That's just crass. I may be OK with the beginning part of that where you're trying to keep Shepard alive, but what's this stuff with Ashley/Kaidan committing suicide? Seriously? If that's the case, I'm out. Well, that and if Shepard's body has been taken over--so sad. Such a great game that has been obliterated. Here's to hoping this idea is completely nonsense.

Save me a seat cause im jumping in that wagon as well. Honestly, not even dead space would bring me back to EA.

A very elaborate fake if not indeed true. Still, fake or not, some points of OP's post are still valid. Such as EA being the real villain here. I've finally been convinced to stop giving money to EA. After failures such as Dragon Age II and Mass Effect 3 falling flat on it's face in the final minutes, they've lost a customer.

Others have said similar, and I would encourage people to do the same if you're truly tired of EA shipping out unfinished games.

...But if you REALLY MUST buy a game from EA... buy it used. They don't make any money that way. And don't go after the DLC either.

P.S. On the off chance that anything in OP's post is true... 'Mass Shift' is going to fail miserably if it's more 'action oriented' and has less RPG elements. It would feel like playing a Halo game.

But really as much as I support or not support or whatever the endings, and as much as I'd bleed for more Mass Effect....no. Nope, and nope. My Shepard died (or didn't) sending those reapers to hell.
