The way I figure it, this was a very real possibility until the paintrain hit Bioware about the endings, and they had to scrap this nonsense real quick like. Just as well, I guess.

Did you even read the OP?  Mass Shift takes place 1000 years after ME3 according to the supposed leak.  That's plenty of time for FTL travel.  Of course this opens up even more plotholes.

Sol could mean "Sol space" (as in within a certain number of lightyears) not just the Sol system but that's just speculations for everyone and wouldn't make sense since, even though a lot of the galaxy is unexplored due to sticking mainly with relays, anything that close to the Sol system that was also a garden world would have been spotted and colonized long ago.

Possibly shielded by some of the force and heat by being inside citadel wreckage when it re-entered, but indeed really sketchy.  Of course ME2 still sets the precedent here that says it IS possible.

Cerberus tech that rebuilt Shep was based on Reaper tech.  Again, did you even play ME2?

You're not the only one...

Even if its real, its in such an early stage that every single detail in it can and probably will change. It's even possible (doubtfull, it require too much of a false flag operations that corporation prefer to avoid as they tend to blow up in their face) that bioware itself leaked to see how the fans react: what they like and what they hate. This is why it's importent that we start solidifying our wish list for ME4 when it's development is in such an early stage that's it's all probably just about brainstorming, and throwing ideas in the air to see what sticks.

Wouldn't Humans, Turians and the like fair better as companions if you're gearing more towards a third person action game? The casual player is going to see a Volus, Hanar and Elcor and go "LOL, what the hell are those things? Pretty stupid." and really, it IS pretty stupid. Even as a ME fan since the start, I think it's stupid. We all know that those races are pretty much incapable of combat.. well.. Elcor are capable but not THAT capable.

Bottom line, this isn't even a well done fake for that purpose. There's a reason Blasto is a joke, Bubin is a joke and Biotic God Volus is a joke. Because it's funny to think that those races actually have those skills.

Yeah that cast is a joke, but you never know, these are really early ideas.  I am a little bothered by the whole "action" over RPG, but I understand it, a lot of the younger gaming community turn a blind eye to Mass Effect, because of the amount of time you have to sink into the main story.  Most kids, not every single one, but most of them want instant explodey action, while moving at super speeds, they do not want Talk Effect. 

The "expansion" sounds plausible and the idea of controlling a fighter during a space battle sounds pretty cool.  These trolls have some decent ideas.

I sure hope this is fake because some of what I read there is just painful to consider.

I'd love to see a possible outcome to 3 where shepard lives, and I also think there should be outcomes where he dies, but EITHER WAY, Mass 4 should have NOTHING to do with him except as an external item that is referenced (like how the Warden is talked about in Dragon Age 2).

And any of this as DLC is just disgusting, why butcher your characters like this.

I'm not saying this is true or not - some of the ideas are interesting; some are not - we've got about 11 days until Pax East.......there's going to be a lot of speculation until them......until we get that announcement we all so want to hear....

If anything; this looks like lead points into ME4/spin off..........
