I could talk to her the 2 times she was there in the Refugee Camp with Paragon options in check, but after Cerberus was there she's just gone forever - WHAT HAPPENED?! :crying:

You have to tell her to get a new identity, otherwise:

SPOILER!

When Cerberus attacks the Citadel they kill her. You can go down to the refuge camp and overhear some folks saying that they walked up to her asking "Are you Kelly Chambers?" When she confirmed they shot her between the eyes.

I didn't hear that conversation anywhere. :(

Thanks for screwing this relationship up Bioware! I could've used some clarification beforehand, like an E-mail from her saying "Shepard, i need to talk to you." and then you could go and talk to her about it. It's never apparent WHEN she wants to talk and when she doesn't. It's complete bull!

Whenever you visit the Citadel before the attack, she has different conversations, there's more if you're romanced I believe.

I tried that but when i did it would never trigger a real conversation. She would just say a word or two.

Or you could've just used your brain instead. You can't have everything spelled out for you, do some thinking yourself. I knew to warn Kelly when I first encountered her, it was a no brainer.

didnt know about the saving part, but i did know she was there

interestingly, if i recall the 'get a new identity' thing was a renegade response to whether chambers should stay around and help on the citadel or something...not the kind of prompt that you would think would save her life...how do you find out she lives?

Another problem with Kelly, if she does get killed in the Cerberus attack, no name on the wall, at least she didn't on my ps3 playthrough. Mentioned on FB, got: Thanks for letting us know. We'll be sure to inform the Devs of it.

hahaha first of all ... to keep kelly alive you must tell her NOT TO help the refuges

and instead to change her hair - identity so cerberus dont find her ...

is it so hard to understand it ? LOL

It makes perfect sense. Renegade is get things done regardless of the immediate consequences. Sometimes it's necessary.

I never got renegade points for telling her to change her ID.

I had no idea she was in the game at all, frankly. I'm making the final assault on Earth in my second playthrough, but I was totally oblivious to her existence in the game. lol epic fail.

You never tell Kelly not to help the refugees, I wanted to tell her to stop helping the refugees and come to my ship but nope, and also if you do save Kelly from cerberus then she gets huskified or worse when the citadel is taken over, I'm beginning to think a bullet to the head is the more merciful way for her to go...

If you look at the citadel maps - she is marked on there.

Yes, the lack of her name on the wall was a bug on my part.  I didn't know about it until someone posted the issue on the forums here.  I'll be trying to get the fix into a patch if possible.

At least she didn't end up processed, a nice quick death is preferable in my opinion.

I have a question. Kelly Chambers survived in all of my ME2 playthroughs however I can't find her anywhere in ME3. I am currently playing the 360 version, I've just completed Sur'Kesh, I've been to the Citadel many times and I have refugee camp many times and I can't find her anywhere so my question is where is she, why did she not appear in my PS3 playthrough and why can't I find her now that I'm playing the 360 version. Does she only appear if she was 'romanced' because I did not do that.

Any idea on why Kelly's apperance was so drastically changed? She got hit with a serious ugly stick.

:(

Basicly i have with this way 2 wives

1) kelly chambers (playboy girl) and

2) Ashley (wife)

But to see Kelly , you must romance with her in the end of mass effect 2 :P

So in mass effect 3 rekindle the relationship with her, and to make her L I V E, you must tell her

to change her ID, her hair, everything so Cerberus dont find her and you will have her FOREVER :P

And after that you go to Ashley :P (in my story)

:wub::wub::wub:

The 2 women that really inspire me :P
