Playing Skyrim, SSX, Gears 3, and recently played DA2 again last night to begin the DLC playthrough with my warrior. Been 7 months I believe since I beat the game with that character so its nice to revisit one final time for the DLC missions.

I went back to my 3rd playthrough of Skyrim too.
Also playing Garry's Mod, reinstalling Dark Void too. I want to replay Fallout 3 soon as well.

At least you know a Blizzard game isn't going to be rushed.

That one we all can agree on.

Tried DA2 again... too boring, dull, insulting, and bothersome... any of the good in it is always overpowered.

Did you get into the beta? I found the entire experience somewhat lacking. Felt too much like WOW-ablo.

I'm still buying it though.

I can't bring myself to play anything aside from ME. Whenever I think about it, the options just don't sound interesting. So I'm currently replaying ME3, I might go back to ME1 after this. We'll see...

Well that is your opinion, yes it has its flaws but I still find it enjoyable.

On this note since these topics are technically off topic here is there another board you guys go to talk about more general video game questions? I had some questions I wanted to ask but didn't think they were appropriate in this forum.

Also I'm super cheap and get as much replay value as possible out of games. Right now I'm replaying GTA IV because the first time I beat it trophies hadn't been added yet. I was planning on replaying the ME series but that's on hold until some significant DLC is released. I bought Skyrim but don't really like it that much, it's TOO wide open for my poor ADHD brain I ended up spending 10 hours not actually accomplishing anything because I get distracted and end up googling something and then forgetting about the game. I'm basically looking for games if anyone has suggestions.

having this same problem. Bioware spoiled me and set my standards so high I can't even play other games.

DA2... repetitive is all I can say. Feels like I saw all the locations in the first 2 hours, and then it was just revisiting. Never finished it.

But I did like the characters somewhat, and the elf girl is cute, even if I had to hack her into a healer xD

Think I'm gonna try Alpha Protocol. Any good? Does it make sense?

Imagine Mass Effect 1 with tons of interesting ideas pulled from other sources (such as Deus Ex), amazing writing, and horrendous gameplay. If that sounds appealing, then go for it.

I had a lot of fun with it, as long as you can get past the terrible gameplay.

Journey is the most recent one, which will probably end up being my game of the year nominee. Oh, and the remastered Sly games, which are surprisingly good!

Edit: Forgot about Shogun 2 - Total War + expansions!

Mass effect 3 was meant to be the game I would play for weeks over multiple playthroughs and replays of the entire series.... but after that ending it wasn't the case.

I still have a few other games to finish. Playing Mafia 2 atm.

Kingdoms of Amalur, downloadable demos. Occasionally I'll play the MP of ME3 but that's it. Can't stomach another play through of ME3's SP game.

ugh, I really want to play it but don't know if I can with awful gameplay ( I rage easily). They haven't even released patches to fix the issues? I was actually dissapointed when I heard there wouldn't be an alpha protocol 2 because I was hoping they could fix all the issues and turn it into a quality game.

Skyrim.
After the massive desapointment with mass effect, i looked for a game with good scores on the gamers reviews. Reviews by users, not by the journalists, because they've being passin good grades for too many terrible games. So i choose skyrim. Bought it, and so far im liking it very much.

It's just a bit wooden and the animations kinda suck. The rest of the game is nicely put together.

Though the minigames kinda ****** me off.

Switching between Dead Space and Assassins Creed with the occasional Mass Effect 3 multiplayer (just trying to show I still have some faith in Bioware).
