Wasn't there supposed to be a Dr. Pepper DLC promotion?    I wonder what happened to that.

I was hoping Bioware'd unlock the ME2 items for those who were unable to get the codes now that Dr Pepper has moved on to other promotions... people are always raving how good the items are.. particular for adept characters..

Those 3 items came on the disc. You can buy/find them throughout the game.

All DLC and Promortional weapons and armours from Mass Effect 2 are available on disc for ME3. To name the most obvious onesthe Collector and Blood Dragon only available through the Collector's Edition of ME2 and registration of DA: O respectively are both available on the Citadel in the Commons.

there is no Dr. Pepper promotion for ME3 at this time nor is one planned for the future.

Dr. Pepper promotion changes the ending. Instead of making a decision, you hand Starchild a Dr. Pepper. Everyone is forever thankful that Dr. Pepper saved the galaxy.

They were the three ME2 Dr Pepper Items.... you can get them as part of the Recon Operations DLC on Playstation Network but otherwise out of luck in ME2 as far as I know. You can find/buy them in ME3 though, but not in ME2 - perhaps you're getting them mixed up?
