The destroy ending would be the easiest to write into ME4 the biggest change would be the extintion of the Geth.
Shepard would have survived (although odds of surving are very long are remote seeing as the fleets are in tatters and the Normandy crash landed on a remote planet)
The control ending would probably mean the cycles of extintion would eventualy start again and the ME univrse woulld be back to square one because it's unlikely Shepard would be able to maintane control of the Reapers indefinatly.
It would be better fo Bioware to stick with the destroy ending as a brigde to ME4 and concentrate on the story of ME4.
Decisions made along the triloligy up to the ending of ME3 should affect ME4 more then the ending.
Examples of the impact of the desisions could be.
If the Geno****e was cured and Urdnot Wrex and Bakara are alive the Krogen save the Salarians from extintion during the Yagh uprising.
If Wreav is clan leader the Salarians are extinct during the Yagh uprising.
Geno****e uncured Krogan are extinct
