Which of the three codes is supposed to be used to download Stone Prisoner? I input the preorder key into this website and was simultaneously told that it was successfully redeemed and was not valid. That gave me the two rings but not Stone Prisoner. The other two codes I have are rather unhelpfully named "Standard CD Key" and "Standard Game CD Key".

Mine popped up when I tried to load the game for about the 15th time after it unlocked.  Now I've been decrypting forever, and the bar has been getting slower and slower.  I wish I could say I was on a slow computer, but it's barely even utilizing my CPU or RAM.  It's like they *wanted* the process to take forever.

I checked the view downloadable content screen from steam...it says the content is automatically installed when DA:O is installed, but it doesn't show up in the "Downloaded/Installed" menu in DA:O. Hmm.

Per AdrianaLopezForero it seems that they have isolated the issue and are working on it. Like everyone else I'd like my content soon.



With any luck this will be fixed soon.

I don't know it worked exactly, but I entered in all three of the codes Steam gave me, and both the BDA and The Stone Prisoner appeared and began downloading after restarting the game. Once Stone Prisoner finishes downloading, I'll have all my promo/pre-order DLC as well as Warden's Keep. So the DLC process is definitely working, just not very well right now.

I thought the steam version (digital deluxe) came pre installed with them.

The Codes are downloadable content.



You can check by right click on the game in "My Games" and select "View Downloadable Content"



According to that window the codes will be given when you play the game.

Never mind. I managed to get the game registered and the all the DLC installed. Whew.

On the Steam game list, right click Dragon Age and select the CD Key option. It then lists the CD key(s) related to your purchase.

you get your codes by right clicking the game in your game list. BUT! they arent working for me and its saying you can only enter it once....i better not have paid $65 for the deluxe edition and not get my god**** DLC

They don't email you. You get them when it's installed

You dont need them, goto the DLC page in game and hit the refresh icon. Make sure you are logged into your EA account you use all the time...

If you right-click the game's name in the launcher you can view your CD keys there. It's under "View game CD key..."



They don't work for me, though.

OMG jesus... serously guys. the cdkey that you recieved.. i got 3 for having collectors edition. u go to the bioware site and enter them. then they give u the items on your account when u log in the game to use downloaded content. im stuck on installing these things but serously there not going to e-mail you. thats just stupid

I finally got them to work and now the downloads are nearly complete. Once I redeemed all my codes I had to log out from Bioware/EA Social and then log back in before the download would start, until I did that nothing seemed to update.

The add-on codes for Steam dont' come in the mail.



Right Click Dragon Age and select View game CD key. Your pre-order keys will be there. Already registered them and they worked fine.



Pity the ACTUAL Game Key won't... *sighs*

mine say they are invalid and bought preorder deluxe, thanks Ea for another messed up code like BF2 your hated by most gamers, congrats!

I can see my product codes (one for pre-order and one for Digital Deluxe Edition) but I don't know what I'm supposed to do with them. The game never asks me for a key at any point, they don't seem to work for "Redeem Code" under DLC.

Can anyone explain how this is supposed to work? I can't find any documentation on it anywhere, which is rather pathetic and quite maddening.

Don't get them in the mail just right click DA-O from the My Games Tab view game CD-Key

For Steam I used the Dragon Age: Origins Standard GAME CD Key and it worked on the Bioware Social Network site.



Make sure you are not using the Dragon Age: Origins Standard CD Key. You have to use the Dragon Age Origins Standard GAME CD Key.

Yea. right click the game in your games list in steam and there is an option to get the game keys. I keep putting my game keys into the web site, but they aren't registering, so I am missing all the pre-order items and downloadable content from my game. I really want to play the game, but now I got to wait until they fix it.

I got my codes my pushing tab+shift - two codes were given: one for CE and one for pre-order. I plugged those into the "redeem code" window that popped up and everything went well.
