My codes work perfectly only complaint I have is the way it's setup to download the DLC takes far too long

Make sure you use the Standard GAME CD Key on the Bioware Social Network and not the Standard CD Key

As of about half an hour ago, I was able to register my Steam version, both the game itself and promotional codes, on this website.

Redemption worked for me, heh, but had to log out from inside the game and then log back in while in the game and the DLC showed up fine after that, downloaded and installed. I do keep losing log in status while I'm playing the game but I imagine that is just from the bioware/ea servers being overloaded. Being logged out does not seem to affect DLC status.

I registered my bonus items just fine right after the game was unlocked.



And just now I registered the game on these forums. The steam gives you a code with no dashes, so just put one in every 5 characters, but you probably did that already. (The example had a dash every 4 characters earlier today, but they changed it to every 5 and that worked for me).

Yea... my steam codes are not working. I see the list from the view game cd key option, but when input it first showed a screen with code accepted on top of an error message. Now it simply says "Unable to redeem code."

i've yet to get any of my keys to register.

i suspect the bioware network is broken at the moment as per komugi's post.

I bought the Digital Deluxe version on steam. I got the Lucky Stones and Embri's Many Pockets but that's all. I was suppose to get Bergen's Honor, Final Reason, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, Warden's Keep, Blood Dragon Armor, and the Stone Prisoner but I haven't got any of it. I've tried redeeming the codes several times but turn out invalid. What's up?
