Hello everyone,
A problem has occured on my Engineer character(s).
Last night I promoted my Engineer class and began leveling it without problem; however, this morning I logged in to see that all my Engineer characters have been reverted back to the build/character name I had before promoting: essentially a roll back.
They have negative skill points and are technically maxed on their skills despite being level 17.
It seems like some sort of rollback, and I imagine the only way to fix it is to level them up, promote again, and hope the same error doesn't occur.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Something similar happened to me just now. I completed a gold match with my krogan soldier, leveled up to 19, and upgraded my skills. But when I went to level up my other soldier characters, they were still level 18. I went back to the krogan soldier and found he is back to level 18 and has negative three skill points. I also lost all the money I earned from the match.

just happened to me though i dont know what exactly occurred. i was level 14 last night, and am level 14 now with -24 points. the stasis upgrade I purchased is no longer active either.

This is occurring right now on my Sentinel class. Odd thing is 4 of the characters have negative points; the Krogan has normal point allocation. So I'm leveling him hoping I can promote and reset. Annoying tho. :|

Happened with my turian sentinel the other week after I promoted during Operation: Raptor. This week, I can't even get on multiplayer and the game is prompting me to redeem/purchase an online pass.
Granted, I have no clue if they are related, but I remember reading on the forums that someone said they talked to EA about this issue and said that if you use the characters you could be banned (I don't know if this is true, just relaying what I saw posted. Along with the fact I can no longer access multiplayer, I think they may be related, despite the fact I never used the sentinel after I promoted him).
