So I just started my Adept character on Insanity, which combo detonation is better, the pull/throw combo or singularity/warp combo? Which does more damage?

Biotic detonation damage is based off of the ranks of the skills used and if the "detonation" evolution is chosen when leveling the skill.
So, assuming that you take the detonation evolution for both throw and warp, and all skills are the same level, the two combos you listed would do the same damage. Warp and throw, however, would do more, as the evolutions stack.
