During my recent playthrough of ME3 I noticed a  number of bugs realted to War Assets, based on choices made ingame:


1) Rachni mission with Grunt

If you choose the renegade option of killing the queen, you get the Aralakh Company and Grunt as war assets correctly.

However, if you save the Queen, Grunt survives but the company is wiped out. Yet, in War Assets the Aralakh Company is still listed with 50 points, despite the update in their entry saying they were all killed in action.


2) C-sec security focus

After the Cerberus attack on the Citadel, there are 2 C-sec officers in the Presidium Commons that argue over how security should be enforced. 

If you choose to focus on larger issues, your Citadel Defense Force gets a wrong update saying C-sec is spread too thin dealing with minor crimes.


3) Kelly Chambers not showing up on the Citadel

Kelly survived the suicide mission in my ME2 playthrough and was safely back aboard the Normandy. Yet, for some reason, she didn't appear in the Docks Holding  area in ME3, nor has there been any mention of her in the game.
