I completed a gold match with my krogan soldier, leveled up to 19, and upgraded my skills. But when I went to level up my other soldier characters, they were still level 18. I went back to the krogan soldier and found he is back to level 18 and has negative three skill points. I also lost all the money I earned from the match.

Quitting the game and restarting seems to have fixed the glitch, but I'll see if others have encountered this.
