 It has been more than 2 weeks since my profile was reset after buying some specter packs with microsoft points. As a patiently wait for news of this game breaking bug, I see GI has posted about an up coming patch. Expecting this to have some sort of information on getting reimbursed for my losses, I click on the link, only to be shocked at what I see. Bioware descides that intead of working on fixing the game breaking glitch, they spent their man power fixing the face importing incorrectly into mass effect 3 from mass effect 2.

Now I was as sad as the next guy when my Shepard had the default face instead of the face I spent some good time on creating, I was horrified that my multiplayer unlocks that I had spent days working to get and the $20 worth of spector packs I had bought were erased. I could not believe that they have fixed the import bug, but we have not gotten a single word about getting reimbursed, only promises that it is being "looked into" and that it "won't happen to anyone else."

Maybe I'm wrong and just as they have a multiplayer team and a singleplayer team, they have two teams that work on patches, but as far as I have seen, no attempt to help the people already affected by said glitch has been made. If anyone has any news on this bug, I would love to hear it. Maybe then I wont get sad everytime I log into multiplayer without my carnifex.
