Does the 6th power Vulnerability 50% more damage work on Geth Prime, Atlas, Brutes, Banshee's?

I don't think so. I don't think you can every stasis armored targets. I know I never could. The option was always unavailable for Liara.

It does not Stasis them but I have always wondered if it provides a damage boost. Probably not.

If the stasis effect doesn't kick in neither will the damage boost.

Stasis has no effect whatsoever when used against armored enemies. It can, however, be useful against Ravagers - not to damage them, but it will Stasis their pets.
