Everytime I start the game now I get a message that I could not connect to my online profile. It was working fine but now this message appears as soon as I resume my game. I also think my online profile has stopped updating as a result of this error.

Anyone else getting this or know how to fix it? Thanks.

No i don't get that error but often I get a error that after I load a save it says my connection has timed out even though I am still conntected to PSN

I'm playing from PC and occasionally I'm encountering this error as well. Certain parts of my play stats aren't updating either...

I get this error. My 2nd character's pic doesn't update on the site so I can not use it as an avatar but if you click on the name it goes to the full stats section where his picture is located. The other info does update slowly.

This is constantly happening to me too, the timeout error occurs nearly every time, but it's obviously still updating since my second character is slowly updating.



My main hasn't updated in a few days now, he's been Lv20 since Sunday I think, and it still says 19. My second character is similarly not showing her picture. :/

same problem here... it's affecting my ability to download content and upload any sort of profile...

I have been getting the same error but it appears my profile is still updating. It is just taking about a day to update. My accomplishments are updating rather quickly though. It's just my level etc that seems to lag behind.I just started playing though, so it seems that this is normal.

I have a dell lattitude 610 with windows xp.The game won't start and i get the failed to detect a supported video card. I updated all my drivers.I also dont have any trouble playing any other games like warcraft,etc.

Well I never have that error before in my 1st play, while my character never uploaded to site. Now I started new game, and always get this error.

1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

1004 - No story xml file uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

Everything worked fine for me until about a week and a half ago. It doesn't affect anything in gameplay itself, but nothing has updated on this site.

I started getting this error every time shortly after I started playing the game. If I check my profile it shows all the trophies I've obtained so far, yet it still says I'm level 6 even though I'm close to 20. I took a look at the profile diagnostic tool and I have error 1005 - Extra unexpected files uploaded for this character. Not sure if that has something to do with it or not or what that even means. Luckily, all of my DLC still works fine.

Me three. I get the "timeout error" and also "unexpected error connecting to online profile" (or something similar). Accomplishments are updating online, but no stats or progress for the last few days.

I've been playing this for about 30 hours between two characters. Today I figured I'd get the DLC included in my copy of DA. I had a difficult time getting a profile on here (still can't get my profile from my game account), and to top it off that wonderful "server time out" message when I play my game makes me not want to use my included DLC codes, in fear that something would f* up and the codes would be shot.
