Hi-
Just cracked open my ME3 Collector's edition for Xbox 360 today, and as I go to Import ME2 character, it correctly shows me both of my save files, which is good, but when I go to import, it gives me a Male Shep! I've never played as a Male Shep, always FemShep! Here's the choices for the character I want to import:
Time Played 89h.31m
Last Played 2011/03/29
-Saved the rachni queen
-Rescued Kaidan Alenko on Virmire
-Chose to save the Council
-Destroyed Maelon's Data
-Kept Wrex alive on Virmire
-Chose to rewrite the geth heretics
-Destroyed the Collector base
-Survived the suicide mission with 12 squadmates
-romanced Kaidan before ME2
-Did not romance anyone in ME2
Now, I bolded those two at the bottom because the romance with Kaidan in ME1 is a clue that I was playing FemShep. The second bolded is wrong, because I had a relationship with Thane in ME2 (got the Paramour achievement to prove it).
WHen I accept the import, it shows me as a Male Shep. This is obviously an issue, please assist.

Sex change DLC! But really, do you still have ME2? Use the name and class that are listed on this import to find the one in 2, load that save up and make a new save on the file. It might fix the issues. All I can think of.

This worked! Huzzah!
... and people laugh because I packrat games. This is why I never trade in a game. You just never know, right?

Huzzah indeed! The import is less rigid than the one from ME1 to ME2, so you can go back over things, like finishing up DLC or redoing the final mission etc. Which is a good thing. Glad it worked.
