Starting the DLC service manually helped atleast in my case.
Windows Key + R -> services.msc -> Dragon Age: Origins Updater -> Start
If it's already running, this will probably not help.
DLC is now unauthorised?

Deleting (or renaming) the manifest.xml file in our games profile directory may help as well. Deactivate the update service, rename or remove the .xml file and active the service again. That should help.

When I changed my email courtesy of EA I got the same problem, still have the same problem, even after doing everything the FAQ's told me to do. Though it might have been the update (I did it on the same day). I'm not sure.
