I have the same problem , can't find a solution online.
Problem is i only see my last level 20 Promoted class Skills + old name, new names and skills are
not shown, as seen above. Skill points are negative so i cant skill, even if i level up. Someone got a solution for this? Is this a local data problem or server problem?

Same thing I can and will Show Screen shot is need, the 20 Sentinels I promoted the other night back and with there skills after I got them in Packs, a Turian and a Human Sent
