So when you gain this talent, is it something that needs to be activated or is it just on and active on its own. My Leliana has a nice cunning score so I was wondering if the arrows she shoots are based off of that cunning score now that I have chosen Lethality.

I don't know off the top of my head, but it should say either passive, activated, or sustained in the description.

i thought it only worked for daggers and other melee weapons

Its Passive, so I guess if Cunning is higher than str it determines your damage score. OK. Answer obtained. Thanks.
