After completing my first playthrough, I feel that there are a few things that the game is lacking and which BioWare could add in to improve the game. Btw, I won't be discussing the endings in this thread.
1). More enemy variety:
In ME2 we encountered 3 distinct mercenary factions (Blue Suns, Eclipse, Blood Pack), collectors, husks, beasts (klixen/harvesters/varren/thresher maw), mechs (Loki/Fenris/Ymir/flyers), geth and others (e.g Ronald Taylor's former crew). With the DLC came even more enemy types: the Shadow Broker faction and the batarian military (Arrival).
In ME3 there are only 3 factions: cerberus, reapers, and geth. While I was impressed by the variety of enemies within these factions (such as the multiple husk types), there are no other enemies in the game. This was somewhat disappointing as I was hoping for indoctrinated alien factions from conquered planets (such as indoctrinated batarian soldiers), and other factions looking to further their own agendas (such as mercenaries preying on refugees).
In short, I sincerely hope that future DLC doesn't only include Cerberus/geth/reapers- the game needs fresh enemies. At the very least there should be new enemies added to these three factions e.g adjutants to the reaper faction, or maybe gigantic hideous tentacled hanar/elcor monsters.
2). Homeworlds
I was disappointed by the fact that we couldn't land on the elcor/batarian/hanar/volus homeworlds. Instead, to rally their civilisations we simply had to scan their planets. There could be some excellent sidemissions based on their planets, they don't have to be long (I'd be happy with a 20 minute mission on each one), but they'd be a great way of broadening the Mass Effect universe and increasing player immersion.
I would be very happy if Kar'shan, Dekuuna, Irune, and Kahje were added as sidequests.
3). Hub Worlds
The Citadel was much better than any of ME2's individual hubs (Omega, Zakera Ward, Illium, Tuchanka), but it eventually got tiresome because it was the only hub in the game. I would have liked to have seen a few more smaller hubs, but these are unlikely to be added in any future DLC packs.
Thanks for reading my feedback.

While I can live with 1 and 2, I completely agree with 3.
It got annoying to visit the Citadel for absolutely every side-mission and meeting. It was great expanded from ME1 and 2, but even that can't help if you visit the same station the 20th time.

This.
If Bioware were going to destroy the Mass Effect universe, atleast do it abit further on up in the timeline. Humans have not been around for long, was it 28 years since first contact? And the only thing interesting is the first contact war.

Before ending there is no talk.
But suppose the ending was good enough, I would say there's plenty of material for DLC. Mako, Hammerhead, Zaeed, Gianna Parasini, Zhu's Hope, Omega, Aria... How about all the ships drifting in space in previous games? Now there's only wreckage.

As I said, this thread isn't focussing on the ending, there are ten trillion other thread discussing new endings already

MASS EFFECT 3
}(+){
-dialogue choices are lot less but differ greatly compared to rest of the trilogy
-better controls(cover usage, running, tumbles)
-character relationship feels more alive( both between crew members and shep with his/her LI )
}(-){
-story is silly (that crucible **** is so dumb)
-tailored for multiplayer
-retarded and uninteresting sidequests(eavesdropping)
-plot of other trilogy games was changed for some retarded( or just extremely bad executed) technological singularity idea
-despite refusing they still failed with day one dlc, as to there is no reason to not include such valuable content in the game
-reapers are dumb (oh hi dere Sovereign)
-Cerberus and TIM storywise potential is COMPLETELY WASTED
-retarded antagonist (that asian assassin is so retarded, i almost felt like i was watching some stupid anime)
thats not all

Op while I agree on everything, I'd like to note that the cannibles are batarians unless you meant unmodified batarians.
I don't think humans and other non-Elcor can withstand dekunnas extreme gravity. Kar'shan was hit first, only reason I can think of for going there would be for an artifact or to destroy the processor ship. I would prefer the later as there's already enough artifacts lol.

I don't agree with anything but number three. Having the vast majority of sidequests on the citadel was tiresome.

If the rumors surrounding Omega are any indication we may be getting a new Hub world.

By indoctrinated I meant troops who hadn't been huskified but were under reaper influence like the salarian STG captives on Virmire. We already have indoctrinated humans (Cerberus) but for some reason no indoctrinated aliens.

Here are some ideas for expanding enemy variety:
New factions
- The indoctrinated batarian military including Special Intervention Unit soldiers.
- A Shadow Broker splinter group led by Tazzik who maintain that the Shadow Broker faction should use their resources to protect themselves rather than contribute to the war effort (possibly indoctrinated).
- Indoctrinated Kirik (biotic insectoid race).
Expanding current factions - adding new enemies
Cerberus
- The old mechs- Ymir/Fenris/Loki mechs controlled by Cerberus.
- Gunships. Cerberus used gunships during the attack on the Citadel and on Thessia but we never got to fight against them.
Reapers
- Klixen husks.
- Elcor/hanar husks.
- Yahg husks.
- Adjutants.
Geth
- Geth colossus and geth armatures.
- Possibly hoppers, although there are probably engine limitations preventing them from being in-game.
