Hi, I'm trying to decide on a rogue build and I have a question.

Dual Striking

  • Sustained
  • Range: Personal
  • Upkeep: 50
  • Fatigue: 5%
  • Cooldown: 10s
  • Requires: 12 Dexterity
  • Requires: Combat Training
When in this mode, the character strikes with both weapons
simultaneously. Attacks cause more damage, but the character cannot
inflict regular critical hits or backstabs.

What exactly defines regular?

Im guessing that any guaranteed critical strike from a skill will still critical?
Is there a still a normal chance to critical strike with skills?
How does coup de grace and dual striking work together?

Thanks
