If the dream state indoctrination theory is true then that means the battle and war is still going on while Shepard is knocked out and doing this.

So according to this theory the last 10 minutes of ME3 was a dream sequence and we don't even know who won the war or how the game ends.

Fans having to create a theory just to make any rational explanation of the last 10 min of ME3 shows how much it didn't make any sense in so many ways that we just have to chock it up to it all being a dream.

And yet it's still a much better option than leaving the ending how it is.

Bioware dun goofed, huh?

I like to think that all that plot hole stuff is just the Star Gazer filling in stuff he couldnt know in his story to the kid.:D

So that old guy can remember when Shepard did what LI in the game and HOW s/he did it, knows about any detail decision in ME1, ME2 and ME3 but can't remember how the war ended?

Ouch.

Yeah. The trees are pretty compelling evidence that everything after being hit is not in reality (at the very least). Because there is absolutely no reason Bioware would put them in that part unless they were trying to connect it with Shepard's dreams. It's too deliberate.

Not really because the tree's exist around that area before you get hit by the beam. And you know tree's exist in london. Plenty of things are added after you get hit by the beam like two tanks right by the beam, a turbine. A unlimited ammo super pistol. Weeds blowing in the wind.

Why is people trying to make others unhappy so badly?

Leave the theories running, it keeps the hopes up for christ sake. If it makes people happy to think that way and not plainly that the endings sucked, **** why not let them!?

I personally don't believe in anything, but should I go around trying to pop the parties of other people? Well I don't see the positive part of that. It's not like they are being "ignorant" or anything, they are just keeping their hopes. And losing hope is one of the saddest things in life.

It's a video game...

No, it's art... bahahaha!

Has anyone noticed that once aboard the citadel, the locations and layout make no sense. I mean when you enter the chasym(the area with the bridge, with the section that looks like it is from the shadow brokers ship). IT looks like it goes round in a complete circle like the presidium. But once you enter the control room overlooking the wards it isnt.

PLus it appears that the control room is in the presidium tower, but when the platform takes shepard up, he suddenly finds himself on the back of the citadel where the cruciblr docked. IF the locations were as they should be, then shep would been taken by the to the top of the tower where soverign parked his ass in ME1.

So it must be a dream becuase the layout of the citadel lookd like something you would see in inception.

Indoc theory strengthened.
