Definitely a pain in the butt. The worse part is that it is random when it happens AND you'll lose your credits while getting nothing in return. Sometimes I'll be lulled into a false sense of security because I can purchase packs. Then just when I decide it's safe to buy a Spectre Pack, BAM! I get hit with a message about how it's not working.

happened to me 4 times already with spectre pack purchases most recently last nite i lost 60K of credits it took my money but no spec pack, BIOWARE can u please make a statement reguarding this issue so we have some kind of closure to wuts being done about it.

It happened to me a couple of times yesterday with the new Premium Veteran Packs, and today I don't think it's worked at all. At least 3 PV Packs have failed, as well as a Recruit Pack. I just bought a Spectre Pack using 'real' money, because when you do it checks for outstanding purchases, and that pack also failed. It failing with in-game credits i can sort of tolerate (barely, it's still not right), but failing with actual currency is just not acceptable.

scratch that last remark in my last post. the one i paid real money for eventually got through. had to leave it for an hour and go onto the store repeatedly so it would search for outstanding purchases more than once, but it went through. still nothing on the credits-bought ones

ew, guys im sorry for all your lost... hope bioware or any ME3 chief head is reading that...
and they should be able to know exactly how much credit we earned while we played, so they know how much credits we loosed with purchase attempt failed and get "credits" refunds...

About an hour ago, i bought 3 Premium Spectre Packs and one Veteran Pack using the playstation store, about 10 bucks. all the purchases went through, but when i went back to the game it gave me some error on how one or more of my purchases didnt load correctly or transfer or something, i dont remember the details. well, it happened once before when i bought 2 spectre packs, but it never gave them to me, till i turned off the system a couple times and it finnally gave them to me. I tried it with the Premiums, but nothings happening, and i've tried everything, looking through my weps, upgrades, everything. Nothing new. i've tried clearing my cache, nothing. i've done everything i know how to do, and i still havnt got them. So that's 10 bucks that ill never get back cause of the selfish bastards at EA who dont want to fix thier ****in games.
