Crap because of all the promised stuff that was not in the game as a whole and because of the endings.

Mindfrell
Going to go with this.
Works on so many levels.
Wonder how many people know what a mindfrell is, heh.

Flawed
There is a lot of good in ME3, I liked the Krogan homeworld, though I felt that Mordin's personality was somewhat inconsistent from ME2 and the Genophage had a more intelligent treatment in that game as well. The CGI cutscenes towards the ends of that mission were great, although the boss fight with the mulitple Brutes was kind of boring. To that end, I kind of missed the fights against the Scions, exploding husks, and Praetorians from ME2 (those were Reaper forces, so where were they in ME3?).
The Quarian/Geth war was okay, I think Legion has to take the cake for the best written character in ME3 and learning about the war from their perspective was interesting, but you didn't really get the feeling that there was an epic space battle going on while you were doing the missions. The server mission wasn't very good, it explained a lot of the geth background, but it wasn't a mission you could fail. If there isn't an element of risk in the gameplay, you might as well replace it with a long cutscene. However the rest of the Geth/Quarian war was good.
FromThessia onward I felt the game went downhill. I think Cerberus probably hung around longer than it should have (I think I killed more Cerberus troops than Reaper troops in the game) and you really needed to hear more from the Reapers. There is only one Reaper that speaks to you in ME3 and it has a lot less to say than the Reapers did in ME and ME2.
