So is it normal to not receive emails or a message from Traynor to meet someone or is it a glitch?  Also, I've received messages late.

For example, I never received a message from Miranda to meet her in the apartment on the Citadel.  I tend to stop at the Citadel between missions.  I saw Miranda on the map in the Presidium Commons.  So when I go talk to her, Shepard says something like, " I received your message."  However I didn't receive a message.  I never did.

There have also been times when I receive messages late or after I talk to the person.

Like with Jacob, I go talk to him at the hospital.  I didn't receive a message before, but afterwards I did.

Also with Liara, Traynor tells me that the next time I visit the Citadel Liara wants to talk to me.  But I already talked to her.  Why didn't she tell me this before I talked to her?

So are these glitches? Or is it normal to not receive messages or receive them after talking to the person.
