I cannot choose the top 5, because the best part of the game was the farewell scene before the end, they all were my favourite characters(squaddies). Even Vega was a really cool guy, being N7 and all. My bottom 5 are Vent Boy 3000, Harbinger for not talking (He might even be vent boy), Udina, Allers for not even fitting in, and the Salarian Dalatrass, what a b**ch.

5. Kal'Reegar (I wish he could've been a companion. He could replace Tali anytime.)
