Now that I look at it, I'm very pro-alien and anti-human aren't I? lol I guess I just found most of the human characters uninteresting.

Five that could have been more developed but weren't:

1. Anderson -- definitely more dialogue
2. Gianna Parasini -- I understand why, but solid character
3. Matriarch Aetheyta -- Liara's dad really should have had a larger role
4. Dr. Chakwas -- Shepard really could have used a shrink at times.
5. Zaeed -- there had to be more to this man than a hired gun

Unfav 5

1. Don't get me going about Diana Allers.
2. Jacob
3. Morinth -- well a serial killer. they really creep me out.
4. Conrad -- he was the annoying fan
5. Udina -- I hate politicians like him

We never did get to air quote the Turian councilor. Damn.

Favorites
Liara - she grew over all three games.
Garris - he stayed with me over all three games and tuned into a great companion.
Anderson - he kept the faith and believed in Sheppard through it all from ME1 to 3.
Hackett - a very honorable man who stood by Sheppard from ME 1 to 3. Few can say that.
Miranda - perhaps she grew the most from ME2 to 3. I ending up missing her.
Kelly Chambers - She brought light and insight when I needed help the most on ME2 and I'd welcome her back in a heartbeat over that thing in ME3.

Least favorite:
Ashley - she grew smaller and smaller as a character as the series progressed from ME 1 to 3.
Wrex - from ME1 to ME 2 he grew a great deal - then ME 3 he digressed to extreme self interest as every other leader did all unable to see the big picture.
Jack - never really grew as a person. Perhaps it is understandable given her background - but few seem capable of seeing the big picture and its all hands on deck time.
ME3 - of my entire squad only Liara seemed to grow at all the rest - making inter action with the crew virtually none existent.
ME3 - I personally choose games for re-playability - ME 3 isn't even worth the effort of doing so.

2) Sovereign (back when Reapers were space badasses and not the toys of a whiney god-child)

I would have said the Illusive Man, but Anderson really stepped up in the third game while TIM kind of stepped to the side when it wasn't his mission.


Bottom 5:

1) The Catalyst
2) Udina (in terms of hatred, not that he wasn't a well-developed character)
3) Ashley, decent in ME1, nonexistent in ME2, became whiney and basically nothing more than a sex-symbol in ME3. You know, the good Christian girl sex symbol. Same with Kaiden, without the sex symbol.
4) Chobot. Didn't even have her on my ship. Watched the sex scene on YouTube and closed it, almost threw up after hearing her talk for a few lines
5) Miranda. Interesting bits with her family, genetic engineering, yada yada, but the way she talked just made her seem like such a ****.

Garrus for being a sexy space beast who Shepard could always rely on
Joker for making her laugh and always being there
Saren for being an awesome nemesis
Aria for kicking so much arse and making me like an Asari for once
Mordin for all the one liners and the unsolicited sex advice

Least-
Allers for taking Emily Wong's rightful place
The starchild for being the starchild
Jack for not making me like her until ME3
Samara for taking away all the hard work Aria put in to making me like Asari
Oriana for ****ing up my accent

Giving EDI a body was one of the best character decisions BioWare ever made. It perfectly mirrored her attempts to become "human" and gave plenty of humor with Joker wanting to hit that.

Favorite squadies

1. Garrus- the ultimate bro, I LOVED how they rolled with that on top of the citadel
2. Ashley- struck me as the most realistic LI... I just liked that she distrusted me after the cerberus thing and kind of had a love/hate thing at times... I prefer people not blindly following
3. Mordin- HE SINGS! Plus a doctor who has no issues blasting people is awesome
4. Liara- didnt like her much in ME1 (acted like jailbait imo) was better in 2-3, good character but I felt Ashley was a far better LI
5. Wrex- Shepard

least favorite Squaddies (dont dislike, just dont overly enjoy)

1. Jacob- seemed very dull, generic
2. Kaiden- If Jacob wasnt black I likely wouldnt be able to tell them apart... I was glad in ME3 they finally added a generic human male (Vega) who was at least amusing
3. Jack- not a fan of bald chicks who are mass murderers
4. Thane- seemed very quiet, never really caught my interest, I might use him my next ME playthrough though after he went all bad ass vs Kai Leng
5. EDI- meh, would have preferred my ship AI to remain my ship AI

favorite non squaddies

1. Joker- good comic relief
2. Hackett- STONE COLD BADASS, he actually took my seriously about the reapers, trusted me about arrival, trusted me at the battle of the citadel. I was hoping in a proper ME3 ending he would go on to be humanity's leader
3. Anderson- Hew punched Udina and was generally cool... when not telling me he was born in london
4. Conrad Verner- ahahaha, oh conrad... I shoot you in the foot yet you still throw yourself infront of a bullet for me, so what if the gun didnt go off, still took balls! (I bet conrad wouldnt have fled to the normandy and ditched me at the end like all my other squadmates!)
5. Gabby/Kenneth- made the engine room fun

least fave non squad

1. Starchild- Ruined the series, GG
2. Udina- THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!
3. Kai Leng- stop bringing a knife to a gunfight you ******
