1. Kaidan (I liked his personality alot. Some call him whiney but he's sensitive and I liked how he grew to be more
assertive by ME3. And hey he's my dream guy, can't help it. XD)
2. Garrus (The best pal you could have. Knows how to joke and when to be serious.)
3. Anderson (Noble, skilled and like a father figure.)
4. Joker (What can I say, just entertaining.)
5. Vega ( I thought he'd suck character wise but he turned out to be pretty cool.)

Least Favourites
1. Kai Leng (Cheesy cyborg ninja crap, not thanks.)
2. Jacob (I don't think I need to elaborate.)
3. Udina (In a good way, though. You hate him because he's a slimey but effective politician sort of hate.)
4. Miranda (All this sister stuff bored me and she seemed one dimensional, but personal taste.)
5. Tali (I actually think she has an interesting character arc, but at the same time just kinda indifferent about her for some reason.)

1) Mordin (deepest, best developed character imo)
2) Liara (jail-baity at first, but liked how she represented innocence slowly lost. plus LI)
3) Garrus (bromance. nuff said)
4) Joker (hilarious...cockpit convo with garrus is the best)
5) EDI (tries to be hilarious, fails, but still hilarious)

Honorable mention: Kalros (ooooh look reaper...om nom nom...)

Bottom:

4) D. Allers (sellout, and horrible voice acting)

My Favorites
1.) Garrus: I simply enjoy his one liners, he's the right amount of smart ass without going overboard.

2.) Liara: Really went from kinda boring too very well designed and thought out, her growth far and wide is bigger then anyone elses.

3.) The Illusive Man: I love villains like him, pulling the strings, having all the answers but providing you none. The entire time he gives a sense of he knows exactly what he's doing and you're just kinda annoying. Too the end is always one step ahead of everyone, he just didn't finish the job.


4.) Miranda: Not huge on the ultra shove down your throat sex appeal, but otherwise she was smart, strong, too the point, and a very dedicated. She'd have been 2 if her role was bigger in 3.

5.) Grunt: His humor just amuses me, plus the fight with the rachni earned brownie points

5.) Admiral Xen: If there was ever a chance to show pure evil it'd probably be her, still very sad the only way I've found to kill her is to kill basically all the Quarians

4.) Kelly Chambers: Aside from being probably the blandest of the all the characters she doesn't actually do anything worth noting. Everything she tells you Sheppard could find out just as easily on his own, she is little more then a talking codec. That'll feed your fish and do a sexy dance for you


3.) Ashley: If I were to ignore all the obvious, I might just stand with she represents intolerance and ignorance to every extreme possible.

2.) Zaeed: I guess in a nutshell I'm simply not fond of mercenaries, but his actions during his loyalty mission proved he is just a **** in general.

1.) Jack: I flat out don't like her, she comes of too me like her sole purpose were to draw out the broody fans, and then they threw on top of it a desire and likeness for killing, for reasons that she was ignorant too in the first place, her actions are never her fault from beginning to end and it just annoys me.

Garrus (because)
Mordin (possibly the deepest most interesting character in the whole story directly involved in one of the deepest and most interesting storylines)
Wrex (he’s THE krogan)
Kaidan (a welcome contrast to all the alien badassery and saving the galaxy craziness, sanity check, yes please, thank you)
Liara (time capsule scene, that’s all I’m going to say)

Least favorites, just three, I really like the rest.
Miranda (or rather the manner in which she is being continuously showed in my face)
Jacob (for crying out loud, stop saluting me! You are not military!)
Kasumi (she seems like a nice person, but what is she even doing here?)

Favorite NPC
Bakara. (who had an instant understanding with my femshep)
Hackett (liked him since me1, when he was just a voice on the comm)
Anderson (because of that last 'best seats in the house' dialogue, mainly)
Koris (I really liked how he turned out and his role in solving the geth problem)
Reegar (killing him via email and not even letting Tali mention it was a very bad idea)


Least favorite NPC
Kai Leng (the embodiment of everything wrong with the Cerberus storyline)
TIM (he’s trying so hard to be cool, with his dark room and dying sun, and cigar and everything, it’s funny)
Udina (I really liked him when he was a dick because he was a dick, and not because he would betray me in the next act)
The admirals from the opening sequence (Hey, idiots! Why are you asking me? I’m just a soldier who shoots stuff. Do you mean to tell me that after all this time and everything that happened and all the reports and intel I gave you, you still have no contingency plans? Not even a 'dig a bunker in the center of the moon and hide’ one?)

2. Engineer Donnelly. Mechanic and still funny. Inventive. Committed. Only threatened by feminine energy.
1. Sovereign. Beyond your comprehension. Source of insight. Best villain introduction and lines ever.

Dis:

5. Lord Darius. Makes people say please.  Exists to make say please. Shepard doesn't say please.
4. Admiral Gerrel. Trigger happy and short sighted. Genocidal. Lucky to leave Normandy in one piece.
3. Mordin Solus. Great potencial wasted by Salarian perspective. Stumbles easier than expected. Bad teacher too.
2. Samara. Religious zealot. Diplomatic incident waiting to happen. Terrible mother. Predictable as hell.
