ok, so a little while ago i tried to buy bioware points. 18 times. none of them worked until i used origin. now 2 of the failed attempts decided to work, and whenever i start up my game i get an "account invalid. please try again or review account information." now i cant even go to check if i got the bioware points i was charged for, and i cant play singleplayer because i bought the from ashes dlc and it wont let me use my current campaign because of it.

some help, please?
