May sound stupid, but I would want to continue Shepard's story or at least a new Shepard. Could be his/ her offspring or a clone of the original. Post- Earth battle, of course.

Get ready for disapointment folks. Its going to be focused on multiplayer. ME3 was a test to see how it was accepted.
Next game is going to be fully multiplayer and I'll be pleasently surprised if it isn't.

Shepard has still been killed once. Then she has been alive again (thanx Cerberus !). But now, Cerberus is dead... No... I try again : The Illusive Man is dead, but before dying he maybe has given a clue when he told something like "Cerberus is not only an organisation with its bases, Cerberus is an ideology and it is very hard to destroy it" (sorry I've got the french version of the game, so I can't tell exactly, word for word, tell what the Illusive Man has told). So, we can understand that even if the Illusive Man has died, Cerberus may be not dead, and then, maybe it'll try once more to get Sheppard back to life. Who knows ? So, if there is a Mass Effect 4, Sheppard could reappear, she may be not completly dead... Mass Effect may be not dead, Cerberus may be not dead, so Sheppard may be not dead too.
For ME4, PLEAAAAAAASE, not a multiplayer game, I really hate them !

BW even said that this is the conclusion for Shepard's story. But not for the series. I really hope to see Krogan's Rebellion (which is would include the Rachni War).

The Rise of Ceberus. Wow, that would be awesome. Since TIM actually fought Saren and his Brother. Either case ME is still around.

ME Universe is huge. BW did a great job with so much backstory. Really can't go wrong. All the different characters and each species having there own unique history is great.
I think a lot of people be interested in the Protheans. Though, I like to see more of Krogans are TIM and his rise of ceberus
