last weekend they had a challenge to beet the reapers on silver, well after a few tries we did it, then the 21st came(when i heard we were suppose to get our packs) and it never came. my buddy that i did it with got his at 5am on the 22nd so i figured i would wait well now it is the 25 and i still ahev not gotten my weapon.

If I remember right it was in a special pack you had to purchase? Not the 33,000 one but there was one similar to the 60,000 pack (56,000?). Regardless from that "Kill Brutes" one I did get and had to fork over the 56,000 for it. was a rapid fire Widow. Less umph but more shooting. I am not sold. the regular widow is better since it's a single kill gun. I prefer the rapid ones a tad bit more though.

Do you have the "report gameplay feedback to BioWare" option in the Options menu turned on? That was a requirement...

I wouldn't know for sure since my copy of ME3 has been fubared since before the first N7 challenge but I imagine it wasn't well publicised that this was required to obtain the special packages.N0 Sorrow wrote...

I had the same issue.
Could connect my Xbox to the internet for a week.
Tried to get my packs today. Got the commendation pack listed on my user entitlements. However no Victory pack. However, the commendation pack never appeared in the store.
So yeah...expiration dates on "earned" in game items is a horrible flaw.
So I can't get the packs I wasted a weekend getting.
Anyone else have that problem?

ya it would be nice if someone from bioware, would come help on this. sad when customer service tells you to come here and you dont get any help
