I did a faithful Liara playthrough the first time around and when you get to the Normandy and talk with Liara she asks you if you want to continue your relationship - but if you say yes, does that lock out the option to pick your ME2 romance later?
If you say no, will you be able to revoke that at a later time or is it final?
I'd be grateful for an answer.

If I'm not mistaken, you only lock in with Liara when you two talk on the citadel while looking at the vista.
