Hi. So on my vanguard playthrough on this sidequest, I keep getting stuck on getting down the second ladder from the monastery's entrance. I fiddled around with squadmates from Liara to no Liara as I could, but to no change. The animation is just stuck on that second ladder for some reason.

I encountered this also in my first playthrough as an infiltrator, but was able to get through it on the second try. I don't know why this is happening. If some could clarify this problem, I would greatly appreciated it.

It's a known bug, but a pretty annoying one--the same thing happened to me, also on Thessia in one of the fights (I just dropped down instead there)

This thread on the From Ashes DLC helped me
