I saw a post asking us to direct technical support to EA tech support however for 5 weeks Ea refuse to help and claim frozen side quests are an "ingame issue" and tell me to post issues here, I'm confused as I was led to believe that a Bioware staff would assist me however this if for "fans helping fans" and Bioware staff don't assist you. so if EA tell me to talk to you and you tell me to talk to EA how do I correct the problem? Frankly I'm starting to feel like there is no support for this game at all which to be honnest is not accpetable

If you talk to EA customer support about that "support cycle" they classify your problem as a known issue and ask for your patience... totally helped me and I can play my game again.

but is it an actual known issue or they just say it is and forget about it? It took so long to get them to do anything I suspect they are just trying to sweep the matter under the rug

Nobody knows. The customer support was not able to provide me with more information or a list of known issues. Additionally he didn't want any more information from me (that I offered) to help track down the issue. I know how things work in customer support and calling something a known issue is an easy way out. I mean the moment he reports that it's known. Doesn't mean anyone is working on the problem though. :( Maybe I'm just a little bitter, but my game doesn't work and I feel left alone.

the thing that gets me is, if it was a known issue just tell me this instead of a month long slug and three separate live chats. I am over EA It is a shame bioware continue to work with them, but unless this issue gets fixed in a week or two i'm definitely not buying ea games anymore, funny thing is, had they said this at the beginning, i would have been fine to let them take their time but after the way i've been treated any good will is gone fix it or i'm done no dlc, no new games.
