If I'm wrong though.....ok I don't want to think about that.
And to those thinking EA was all benevolent for allowing 3 more months. THAT'S JUST THREE MONTHS. 3 more months and we get the correct ending to one of, if not the, best sci-fi rpg's ever. If EA told them to ship it anyways then they have ZERO concern for the game quality and fan reaction.

The thing is, during that period between November and release day, they appeared to have cut more content than anything. It's weird.
Yeah.
What were Casey and Mac thinking?!
Thinking, thats the problem they weren't clearly if they cut this much content... Video Game to Video gamey... /faceplam.

I'm speechless. I just can't fathom how they can gut the story like this ...
Because people these days pay more for less.

Zombicidalscientist's Edit 4?
I am all for finding a scapegoat for the ending mess, however, the author of the post already stated that he overreacted and most of the dialog is actually IN the game.
Zombicidalscientist:
Hrm. I'm finding that most of this dialog (at least the interesting dialog) is actually in the game under very specific circumstances:Prime is there if Tali dies and you save the Geth/Geth+Quarians. Admiral Raan is there if Tali dies and the Geth die.For the other ones Kirrahe is there if Wrex dies and the Genophage is sabotaged. If Kirrahe dies as well then Vakom comes in to replace him (though I can't find any video of this particular situation or users who have seen it).It still doesn't explain some of the other Prime lines which are clearly said during combat.
And the bits that are not in the game do nothing to fix the ending, actually. Joker picking up our squad? Yeah, we figured out he did that, but what the hell for? That's still not covered.
Not defending the endings, just pointing out that they are probably just the way Casey intended them to be. Unfortunately. Just sayin'

Yeah i edited the OP. The stuff that actually was cut is pretty inconsequential.

And after reading the "Final Hours of Mass Effect 3" app, I'm convinced that they really did want the current ending to be what it is now.

Knowing that the ending is bad is one thing, knowing what the ending COULD have been? That's much worse.

Diferent Bioware team, and it is simple as hell. No, the guilt lays elsewhere...
