 I don't know why but right before the salarian council citadel mission my character reverted either to default or another character appearance.

How do I get my Shepard's appearance back without having to revert saves and lose progress? Wtf?!

Okay, I looked into the ME3 save game editor but it won't pull up the character stuff. This is really starting to ****** me off, I want my goddamn shepard back!

I reverted to an earlier save and spent an hour working my way back.

What the hell?! It did it again! Apparently if you revert saves multiple times it defaults back to the default character! How do I fix this?

Oh yeah. This bug also reverts me back to level 1. No skills, no upgrades, no powers. So it basically erases my progress and leaves me useless in the career, forcing me to backtrack from a save every time. Thanks for the speedy response Bioware!

I read that this is caused by loading an autosave. Do you often save manually, quick save or hard save?

This seems to happen randomly sometimes when you load a game from main menu by choosing resume.

Simply manually load the last save and things will be back to normal.
