 i found out a way to get to maximum level pretty fast....u just need to have some sovereings. Buy the max amount of elfroots u can (Bercilian Forest)  and then give them to the comunity box ( or whatever it is called) in your camp.Every time u donate elfroots u get some xp.Since elfroots are cheap u can get to lvl 25 with 50 sovereings =p
