Other than Kai Leng (who is a boss and not a 'mob'), I'm gonna go with Banshees and Phantoms, in that order.

The other mobs aren't that bad.

Dodges all the time, can fire the sniper rifle from the hip while running and seems to KNOW when you are standing next to her when cloaked.

Turrets by far.

Banshees and Phantoms are scary, but you sorta are prepared for them. When a turret kills you abruptly, it's like: OMG WTF:P

Hmm yep turrets are the most annoying, and the fact that the engineers just keep dropping them everywhere...

Banshees and Phantoms are pretty easy as long as you know how to deal with them. Got saved from a Banshee KO on wave 11 yesterday though...

I hate anything with armor. I use stasis to lock down all the other annoying enemies and then shoot them in the face. Once I learned about using stasis it made cerberus troops a joke to deal with except for turrets and atlas. I loath the geth hunters though. They stealth up and by the time I notice them its too late to lock them down.

Annoying? Hmm, not sure come to think of it.

Geth prime are pretty annoying with their drones and turrets.
Geth rocket troopers - their timing is annoying.
Ravagers bug me for some reason. Not sure why, they just get on my nerves.

Grenades. Do those count as enemies? I like to sit back and snipz, so grenades like to blow that plan (and me) to smithereens.

Those and Banshees. Anything that prevents me from carrying out my Sniper spree, generally.
