From playing as a Sentinel, Phantoms they just won't stay still...I can handle Banshees, but every time I see a phantom is an OH CRAP! moment for me

On MP though Banshees hands down

Kai Leng. He's one annoying SOB. Glad he got embarrassed the first time you met him. As for normal foes those Banshees when they warp around. I did get around nailing a few in Insanity using cheap tactics.

"Bite you in the ass" sounds very accurate for killing their mothers.

The most annoying enemy was probably the Harvester on Tuchanka's side mission with Victus for me. All your enemies spawn on your left flank, but the Harvester lands largely unseen on your right flank, possibly leaving you very exposed while three-shotting you.

It's gotten me killed more times than any other enemy.

Marauder Shields on insane or Inside Cover Corners that force you to the other side of cover when you are really attempting to roll away from grenades. Both of those are the most infuriating things ion the game. I'm pretty pleased with the rest of it.

This is the worst in MP.  You go to revive and grab cover instead, die in the process.

of course banshee , they have high Hp, hard to aim , can instant kill u, dangerous in all distance, they can make u out of cover by closing in
brute is easy to dodge ,slow
geth hunter still visible if u careful
engineer turrent is easy , just keep distance , or take cover or sabotage
phantom fast but weak in long distance, use power like stasis they are dead

My 2nd play through for sheerly being annoyed I would say the dudes with the big shields if I don't take a biotic. Much tougher to get rid of than in my 1st game with more biotics in my group.
