So I posted here already but i beleive my thread was deleted, i couldn't find it. Anyway, I purchased the CE edition since 8th of this month, and I still havent been able to play the ''From Ashes'' DLC. I spent more money just for that, and it makes already more than two weeks i couldn't.

It keeps giving me the ''unable to authorize the following DLC, please login with the alliance account used to make the purchase: From Ashes DLC Collectors Edition Online Pass.''. I don't know what the problems is, but there was not even a single time i started the game and it would connect to the EA servers in the first try. I always have to try and reconnect (usually 3 tries or more). And when I do reconnect my DLC still isn't recognized!!!

I'd like to know if anyone here on the forums might give some support, some advice or offer any solution, i ended the game twice now without my prothean friend. My internet connection is completely fine with a 10mb net. Seriously, any solution or advice or anything at all, just shed some light here please!
