After I bought my copy of DA : Origins for 360 I got home and firstly started up the game. I then downloaded the blood dragon armor, no problems there. Yet when I entered the code to download my Stone Prisoner DLC, it kept coming up invalid code or something like that. So i tried every variation on the code and included all the dashes but nothing, no Stone Prisoner. I have contacted bioware about this problem but still haven't heard anything back. Does anyone know anything about this because I am getting extremely p****d off about this now.

You have to be careful.....an S can look like a 5, an I can look like a 1, a B can look like an 8 and so on. I entered my stone prisoner DLC code the wrong way about 10 times due to my own stupidity. My guess is that you are looking at the code and you think you know it properly but that isn't necessarily true. In my case I kept typing an S instead of a 5.

Was your game case open when you got it? It seems like someone may have helped themseves to your codes.

I had the same thing happen with the Stone Prisoner DLC,-Brand new shrinkwrapped no gamestop tomfoolery here- there has been an issue with that specific content according to some forum posts I've read, my best advice is to wait until they get the issues with their server worked out and attempt to download it again at some later date. My best guess is that bioware is having their hands full with this mess. (most of us are probably going to have to end up paying for it, as they are retailing it for 1200 points, somebody probably pulled the plug at the last minute) Gee wish we knew the whole story. Not a good way to do business, but what can you do? We are stuck waiting.

If anyone is having issues with their code appearing invalid, please contact customer support. Then can help get your account entitled with any DLC you are having problems redeeming codes for.

It has finally been sorted. Went to customer support on dragonage.com and got the DLC.

I've had a ticket open there for over a week for the same problem and they have yet to respond. Nice, huh?

Its insulting now when I see Bioware staff posting in threads for problems that are not problems and ignoring the real problems.
Maybe if I used all caps in the title and swear like a drunk sailor they will take a look.

It's EA that runs support for this game - and they are rubbish - sorry - but EA's attempts at support are pretty much a joke. I sit and wait in chat queues just to get kicked out when I get to the front. Every other page on their site seems to end in a "Server terminated the connection" error. EA is a joke and has ruined this game.

My submitted ticket remains ignored - however I worked on getting in the Chat queue for over two hours last night and my problem was finally solved by a helpful tech. I'll be adventuring with the golems in no time!

I actually got my downloadable content to work this time around, you have to be careful when putting in the redemption code and that includes makes sure the B is not an 8, also you have to include the dashes. And yes you have to make sure you are logged into the server in game when you do this.

hey my dlc says 100% but doesn move to the next tab so i can mark for play
