Loss of experience and money

 I just completed a Silver challenge and was awarded the experience and money for it in the post game lobby, but once I left said lobby my character and bank were reverted as if I had never completed the challenge.

I have tried to use the Origin Live Chat service and they were unable to help me at all, claiming it was a game mechanics issue rather than a billing or technical issue, such as error messages.

The game just failed recognize my completion of the mission, is there anything I can do to be reimbursed for my time?

Edit:  occured roughly 11:44 am cst 03/25/2012, noting because I completed another silver challenge almost an hour later and should not be confused with that match.
