I know that I'd play a pen and paper, D&D style game in the ME universe if they ever decided to sell books for it. That's how much I love the universe. Any actual sequel or spinoff I'd probably wait for user reviews now. None of the magazine reviews mentioned the ending.

i like the idea to have another chepter whit Shepard after the Reaper, because for me Cerberus not its defeated, TIM its alive, in the Galaxy have some and more problem,

this chepter start after the war in London, Shepard and Squad enter in the Citadel, active the Crucible, Reaper its destroyed, but Sheaprd recive a message by TIM,

TIM have some Reaper tecnology, on Omega and in the Collector Base.

I think ME4 would be a mistake honestly. The galaxy has been drastically altered since the events of ME3 - any attempt to "canonize" the plot is likely to upset many users.

As such, I would vastly prefer a spin-off or, even better, a new IP.

Oh, I've got your spin-off right here, buddy.

He's right, fighting games are the only ones with drastically different endings where they pick one to be canon for the next game, because nobody cares about the story in fighting games.

I'd wait for user reviews and buy it used if they were good, ignore it if they weren't.

Absolutely. Not everything is going to end perfectly to please everyone, but ME3 was a great game filled with lots of emotion.

Nope. In fact, I fully intend to sell ME1, ME2, and ME3 back to gamestop when I go in to pick up my copy of TW2 when it comes out next month for Xbox 360

what you fail to realize is there is a large amount of people who, like myself, can be completely turned off by a franchise, movie, etc. simply based on the ending.  For me, the ending is everything.  If the ending sucks, then it kills the entire experience in my opinion regardless of how much I like the game as a whole.  And "purchasing" DLC to fix the problem is not an option.  I refuse to be gouged out of more cash and pay for something that should have been included with the day 1 release of the game for FREE

A lousy sauce doesn't cant destroy a good steak. I vey often leave some leftovers on the plate in the end of the meal. Not every meal has to end with you licking the plate for it to be good, the main course is what importent. And the main course of ME3 and the ME franchise was delicious. I hope i'm not confusing anyone with all the food metaphors...

No way. Pretty sure I won't be supporting Bioware in the future.

Chances are that the new DA and the speculated ME4 will be pretty decent games, i doubt that Bioware will continue to make the mistakes it did with DA2 and ME3.
I believe that Bioware's main concern now is to restore the lost faith from a large portion of its core fans, logic dictates that this should be the company's top priority.
A lot of actions will take shape until the launch of any new Bioware game.

Yes. Because unlike most of the forum-goers, I don't buy games because they suck, not because I'm desperate to make a point to the company that made it.

Maybe it cant destroy a good steak for you, but for me, it can and has FWIW.

I'd wait and see, particularly until I was reassured that the whole thing wasn't just a cash grab from a popular franchise.
